The annual Seal Beach Art festival includes about 85 local painters, sculptors, jewelry makers and other artisans who display their handmade creations in Eisenhower Park near the Seal Beach Pier. The faire runs from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday & Sunday. In addition to artist booths, this year’s festivities include a plant sale hosted by the Woman’s Club of Seal Beach and participation by other community groups such as the Seal Beach Animal Care Center. Members of the Seal Beach Leo Club are holding a barbecue at the pier from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
“The majority of the vendors are local artists,” says Mary at Art on Glass on Main Street. “It ends up being a very nice weekend.”For more information, contact Art on Glass at 562-598-0116
