More O.C. restaurants are eliminating corkage fees to woo diners.During my absence last week I received a mountain of e-mail from the wine industry, local restaurants and what looks like every bar in Orange County with a Happy Hour. I wish I could take this gig on full-time! A few tips from the electronic mailbag:
